I started raising Netherland Dwarfs in the fall of 2004 after being away for more than a decade. Many things have changed since I showed as a Youth, but my love for the breed hasn't. I maintain a rabbitry just at 50 holes with Blue Eyed Whites as my main focus. I also raise Ruby Eyed White, Black and some odd colors that hop out of the nest-box.

When I decided to get back into raising Dwarfs I invested much time and money acquiring the right breeding animals to secure a great foundation. Many of the breeders who helped me get started are located on the links page. Two of these deserve special thanks.  The first are Melanie and LeAnne of Lil Bit Farms.  There friendship has made raising and showing rabbits a pleasure.

The second I honestly can say I couldn't do this without. Amber and Steven Ross of Lone Star Rabbitry share the same dedication to improving the Blue Eye White color as I do. As Amber says "We play nicely with each other" which sums it up perfectly. We're each others biggest competitor, but at any given time we each have on loan several rabbits to the other.  Working together we're making great strides in improving our favorite variety.
